For this last beautiful weekend of August, Sena (on a short visit to Switzerland) and I decided to go on a little tour recommended by my uncle: the Grosse Mythen (1898m)
We start from the village of Brunni (1100m) and make our way up!
The view develops as we go up, here we can see the Brunnital (valley of Brunni)
The Grosse Mythen is a real rock face, and the trail up is quite steep and rocky.
I really like this picture, rockwall and view of the valley!
One steep ridge! Doing some crazy posing for posterity!
We were getting near the top on that very warm summer day!
On top of the Grosse Mythen after only 1h18 minutes to climb up 798m!
In motion...
In picture...looking down on the city of Schwyz
Once more, exploring on the ridge...next to the cliff...
On top of the world...once again!
Embracing one of the most beautiful day of summer 2010!
At the end of that day, I went wakeboarding and winded up losing a toe nail...dropping the wakeboard right on it trying to get back on the boat...no more hiking for awhile...
Until next time!
