...Is the date where against everyone's expectations, I got tattooed!
Here is the breakdown of the steps that I went through in the excrutiating process of getting the 4 elements written permanently in my back.
This tattoo represents the equilibrium of life and without them nothing on earth could remain as it is. Being convinced that these are the elements Man should focus on in order to sustain in future generations, this symbol represents the paths that I'm going to work on preserving in order to leave a positive impact in this world.
It took 3½ hours to complete the task of writting down this amazing Ambigram. The first time I ever saw this symbol was when I read Angels & Demons from Dan Brown. This sign has its origins in the Illuminati, a very undergroung group composed of the most brilliant intellectuals of their time...

My roommate Roberto, Getting ready for some intense tattooing session
Roberto started by writing down the tattoo on a calc paper, and put it on my skin
Probably the hardest part, the one that hurts the most. Doing the tracing of the whole tattoo, 1½ hours of real hardcore pain
After the contour, I was all stocked about finishing the whole thing. Helped by the fact that my roommate told me that the filling part is much less painful, I went through and decided to complete the task...Almost immediately regreting my decision...
40 min later, the bottom line is done...Water
After something that felt like an lifetime, the famous F was done...
2/3rd of the filling through...Air & Fire
Finally, afer about 3½ hours of intense pain, the final results is quite amazing!

The big one still has the needles on it (8 in a round), and was used to do the tracing. The small one was used to do the filling with an astonishing 26 needles (2 rows of 13 needles)
After 2 weeks of recovery, the ink is in for good!
